We create an overview of the space with mood boards and space plan outlines.
This package is ideal for residential clients who require full interior installation or property developers who need to stage their spaces for the market.
For clients who would like to revamp and refresh their existing interiors.
Prior to install we present a styling proposal that contains, mood boards and styling suggestions.
Ideal for clients who already have interior decor and furniture but would like to optimise the look and feel of their space.
For clients who need design and project management support.
We build, present and install a design concept while providing project oversight including sourcing, procurement, tracking, invoicing and managing any existing subcontractors in the civil/construction phase.
For clients who want to outsource the day to day management of their build and clients who live overseas and want reliable updates and to ensure that finishing is up to standard.
We take on the role as client rep and supervise all stages of the project from construction to finishing. Our clients within this package usually have their own contractor and service providers.
Clients will have a dedicated supervisor on site at all times, ensuring all work meets the standards, quality and timelines set.
For clients who require support from the finishing phase through completion.
The beauty of finishing is in the quality of its execution. We take on the implementation of internal finishes from electrical to tiling, plumbing to plastering using our own vetted subcontractors.
Ideal for clients who have completed the brick and mortar phase of their build and want to outsource through completion.
