Our three step process has been perfected to ensure an effortless client experience from beginning to end.
Engagement
We begin our journey with our clients with a DISCOVERY CALL to understand who they are and their overarching needs for their space. Our design process requires a symbiotic relationship with our clients and the engagement stage allows us to get to know each other.
We follow up with a SITE VISIT AND SURVEY allowing us to to provide our clients with an clear idea of the scope of work, projected timelines, costings and a design contract for approval.
design
The heart of the project begins at this stage. Our team, inspired by our clients, the space and our own aesthetics, builds and presents a comprehensive CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT AND DESIGN DEVELOPMENT plan.
This may include 3D renderings, colour stories and spatial design options.
Implementation
This is where the magic happens! With our clients approval we begin to execute all aspects of the project, from SOURCING and PROCUREMENT to STRUCTURAL WORK (if required) and INSTALL. Communication with our clients during this phase is especially key. We provide detailed updates at approved times to ensure our clients feel connected to the process and the progress of the project.
